Three Education Mistakes – The Broken Wheel of Wisdom.

Education is the way of radiating knowledge and values to empower own socialism. Socialism always encourages moral values. As ancient culture shows the importance of education. The Primitive culture believed that education is the way of moulding the behaviour of children.

As the generation passed the more selective and unpredictable education system is becoming. Though the concentration of learning is diminishing, the approach and imitating are consistent.

Defiance/Problems

Case-1

Firstly, Teaching methodology consists of two major points – Teaching and Learning. The teaching methodology is still considered to be best if the ratio of student learning matches the criteria of good teaching. There is a high correlation between a student and a teacher.

Major Concerns

• The Indian education system is often challenging by the poor quality of teachers;
• Fabrication of excuses to avoid teaching;
• Though poor teaching methodology cannot sponsor student’s performance but can encourage or lack them to seek opportunities;
• Bad practicing of old books and syllabus or not upgrading techniques lead to stuck on the same platforms. hence no encouragement of new techniques;
• Half-baked teachers or untrained teachers are the most challenging and disrupting part of this system;
• Low pay wages is another reason to encourage or compromise the quality of education;
• Poor quality of learnerning methodology;
• Family influence, encourages the child’s learning capabilities to become good/bad learners;
• Teaching methodology works on both teacher and student personalized training is required for non-responsive students;

Case-2

Secondly, the Industrial Revolution has entered the era of the fourth generation and is heading towards the fifth generation. Thus the renaissance of technology in the Indian system cannot be thrown apart. Indeed it has its own virtualism and privilege marks its importance in the Indian education system. Certainly, this lacks the consolidation of implementation.

Major Concerns

• Surely, Lack of professional behaviour or non-relevant skills who cannot understand the new technologies;
• Resistance to transpose, where the identified problem was ‘comfort’ and outside of scope from their job profile;
• Delivery of informal knowledge stops the engagement of students to experiment with new techniques;
• The same pattern of test model and lecture do not challenge students to engage in learning activity;
• Inadequate funding – this requirement of numerous tools that might suffer small educators, thus it becomes more high-priced;
• Failure to use technology – criteria of implementing technology due to various things that do not meet the scale.

Case-3

Thirdly, Quality professionalism of educators become crucial because they play a major role in the education system. Undoubtedly, Teachers are often considered to be second parents. Thus it becomes significant to train educators.

Major Concerns

• Difficult working environment;
• lack of delayed or low or irregular remuneration;
• Overcrowded class rooms;
• Lack of respect for a teacher;
• Sexual Harassments, Violence;
• Inadequate professional support;
• Poorly prepared for class room;
• Blaming the weak without doubting own capability;
• Lack of confidence;
• No professional behaviour among educators.

Conclusion

1. Undoubtedly, Trained educators should be identified for teaching services.
2. In the same way Refreshing/Updating of skills and knowledge, should be obligatory for every teacher.
3. New way of teaching style or different techniques for teaching.
4. Likewise, Removing old practices and implementing new techniques.
5. Workshops/Seminars/Conferences in their relevant field of study should be featured in job training programs.
6. Identification of poor/fast learners and providing them with personalized education to compete with others.
7. Understanding and implementation of new technologies;
8. Learning more about new technologies.
9. In contrast, Teacher-student discussion sessions.
10. Time saving and efficient learning techniques.
11. Building confidence in educators by injecting the right amount of knowledge by training sessions.
